No, Reminders have not been a thing since the days of Sky Q.

Don't you mean Sky+? Reminders have never been present on Sky Q, despite years of many customers requesting it...

It's highly unlikely Sky will add programme reminders on Sky Stream however never say never @smudger2468

The idea of streaming is that it's available on demand , so if you miss something as live you can get it via catchup removing the need for on screen reminders

It is progress as TV viewing has changed over the last decade. The majority of viewers don't watch things "live" I.e when they are broadcast on a TV channel, with most people consuming programmes at a time that suits them via on-demand streaming.

The typical exception to this is sporting events, however the platform does have a live and upcoming sports rail on the home page, making it easy to see what events are on or upcoming later today and they all have a watch from start feature so if you do forget and join late it's hardly an issue as you can just start watching the coverage from the beginning delayed.

Id certainly say this is progress as 20 years ago if you missed the start of something, you missed it and could only watch from whatever point you turned the TV on.

There are other ways of setting a reminder, if you need one. The mobile, tablet or PC you're using to post here almost certainly has a timer option.

OK but steaming after the event if start from the beginning does Not work on Al chamneld.  In particular BBC Look North, North East and Cumbria and ITV Border Looks round.

As the local news programmes are of most interest this is particularly frustrating.  We often mix the start as we may be watching a programme on a channel which overrun the start time of the local news.

So yes please bring back reminders.

There is no reminders to bing back as Stream has never had reminders.
