HBO connected wrong account

I connected a new HBO account to sky. I need to disconnect and connect my existing account. How do I disconnect the hbo account from sky to start again.

@Mogleyw  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ Board, Sky+ does not support any apps and therefore can't have an HBO app on  it.

 

Which TV box do you actually have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I believe you need to contact HBO Max support to get them to perform the unlinking ( as the linking essentially happens on your HBO Max account and tells them the billing is being done via Sky).

I've a similar issue, and have been told by HBO that it needs resolved at the Sky end.

What ever you do dont ask sky to remove HBO. Im having a nightmare with sky
