I'm having a mare with all 3 pucks.
We've tried all the instructions, soft reset, hard reset, forced update both giant WiFi and ethernet and still no joy. All I get now is software error and instruction to go to startup LT.
We've rebooted our Internet. We have very fast broadband and there are no issues with speed or bandwidth
Any suggestions?

Hi @Tash71 could you clarify the exact message on screen? Ideally by uploading a photo of it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre your three Sky Pucks all new, like this being the first setup of them or have you been using them before this error happened?
Assume you have followed the help instructions shown for the link on screen?

Not a new set up, it's been in since August with very few issues.
I've been on the phone most of the day with sky and my ISP, it does seem to be more likely an Internet and/or router so ISP trying to resolve. Service is back 9n, but no confidence it'll remain.

Out of curiosity who is the ISP?
