For some reason, I can't figure out how to properly add my screenshot.

Re: HBO Max - Get Acess
I realise how that HBO has a tiered structure and that sky only gives you HBO Basic. The Get Access stuff is on HBO Standard..

TNTSports via EE...log in issue
I currently get TNT Sports via my EE account, so I was watching it via the Discovery app.
However, my email address for this acocunt is different to the one under my Sky account.
As such, if I go onto the HBO app on my tv I can either log in using my Sky detials and get the HBO content but not the sports content. Or if I log in using my EE/TNT credentials, I can watch sport but not get the HBO content.
Is there any way to get both levels on content onto one log in?

Why am i being shown the Get Access button?
When i click it, it asks me to go to my sky account, which i did, and nothing happened. HBO max shows up as included in my package but i can't watch some movies or series.
What a waste of time.
Does anyone else have this issue?
Which tv series or movie are you seeing this Get access button on?
If it's for any TNT Sports content, then yes you will need to add the TNT Sports pack.

Re: HBO MAX
I disagree. I used to be able to access much of HBO content on Sky, adfree (by paying the ad skipping subscription) and in UHD/Atmos where available (by paying the additional subscription for this). Now, to watch the same content I have to endure ads and watch in only HD/5.1 quality. To get rid of ads and watch in better quality, I would have to pay an extra £10 a month ON TOP OF the ad skipping and UHD/Atmos I pay to Sky.
[Removed] it is not made clear that a) consumers with my subscriptions would lose ads skipping and UHD/Atmos and b) consumers with my subscriptions will now have to pay £10 extra a month to retain ads skipping and UHD/Atmos.
No response from anybody to my post can dispute this, it's fact.
Moderator notes: Removed unfounded accusations

I had this also. The HBO customer rep unhelpfully said it was due to a large number of people trying to access the system and to try latger.
I don't believe this is correct!

Re: HBO MAX
Me too - i am disgusted that this wasn't explained. Loads of uhd dolby atmos stuff has gone. Going to cancel sky altogether if this is how they're treating us. Pay for 4k and ad skipping and they play a trick like this? Absolutely criminal.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
only HBO basic with adds is included, this dioes not include WB movies that have been added into HBO max after cinema relesase. If you want to upgrade to HBO Max Standard no ads then this is £4.99 a month extra and will include those movies.this has to be done though My Sky you can not do it with in the HBO app on sky.
Note HBO Max do a plan Standard with Ads that does include WB movies but there is no way to sign up to this plan on sky at present.

@JazTheTim i had the same issue. When it asks you to log in using your email (I can't remember the exact wording) or continue, select log in and use your Sky account email.

Re: HBO Max is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Hi
I've activated HBO Basic With Ads via the My Sky App. That part is setup.
I need to sign into the HBO Max App on a Sky Stream Puck, for a family member at home.
As I'm not at home, is there an option to sign in via a webpage, then entering the code on screen? So that I can remotely sign in, for the family member.
Thanks in Advance
Barry 🙂
