Ah, the old turning it on and off trick.. As if nobody has tried that already.. 🙄
Anyway, somewhat miraculously the HayU app on Stream now seems to be working again for me, at least on one of my pucks. Not because of turning it on and off though - I tried that many, many times over the past few weeks alongside refreshing the apps too and nothing made it work.
Clearly whatever the bug was that was causing this seems to have now been sorted.

I sometimes see people on here claim the apps don't run on the pucks but instead run on servers at Sky's end. If that's the case why do apps sometimes work on on one puck but not another, or start working after a reboot.

Same here, there's broken sound but just a blank screen.

Mine is now working. I reset the apps and worked straight away.

Mine is giving a blank screen when I press the down arrow. I have been advised by Sky to keep an eye on this thread for updates. It is working better than what it was but still not what it should be.

Hi, yes my Hayu works perfectly through Amazon but not with the Sky app.

Hi, I think you need to subscribe through Amazon to watch it on there, I'm have one month left of it as changed to going through Hayu with their January offer and logged in via the app on Sky which isn't working. Hope this explains my previous message and avoids confussion .

Yes that makes sense. I just tried to log in via Amazon and realised that you have to subscribe through that. I'm still on the 7day free trial so I can cancel that and subscribe through Amazon. Thanks for your help
