My tv stream turns on then it freezes. I have changed batteries, rebooted tv and WiFi still won't work
Check the broadband speed that your puck is receiving. To do this, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. What is the speed that is reported?
@Judiehobbs If your router is not connected to your puck with an Ethernet cable, does it have a direct line of sight to your puck without any objects in the way? If not try moving your router, if only temporarily, and see if that works.
