Since I updated to QS037.018.00P Sky Puck remotes won't turn TV's off

As I mentioned, I have connected via ethernet I have disabled WiFi and restarted several times with no permanent and stable solution.

 

Do you have any other ideas?

Where did you mention this as this is the only post I can find from you.  Please be aware you're not contacting Sky customer services so no one here will know of any previous conversations you've had with them.
