I have sky glass and pucks. I'm not sure if the puck remotes are classed as sky stream remotes? I have faulty ones and waiting for replacements but will sky recycle and reuse these? I've not been asked to return the faulty units but surely they can be used for parts or go into Skys recycling system? Thanks

Sky don't seem to be making as much fuss about being eco-conscious these days. They never asked for any of my three faulty remotes to be returned, but you can send them back to Sky if you wish. Whether or not they'll actually do anything with them though is anyone's guess.
