Are you selecting the correct HDMI input with your TV's remote? Is there a light on the front of the puck?

@NicolaR22  As per @Jones_The_Cat  you will need to check the relevant input that the Stream box has been plugged into (presume it;s stream you have as you've posted in the stream forum), once you find the correct HDMI input you should see the stream box menu.

 

Had you previously setup stream?   Not sure what getting broadband has to do with your actual TV as it's not clear from your post which box you having an issue with or if it's setting up your TV to work over wifi.
