Existing Netflix account

Hello,

 

Ive got Netflix premium included as part of my phone contract, when I sign in to the Netflix app it's asking me to subscribe through sky. 

is there anyway of stopping this as I do t want to pay £14 a month for something I already have!

@YH96 no,  signing in through sky automatically transfers payment to sky, if you don't want it to transfer you can only use the native app on your tv or mobile device

Hi @YH96 

 

As per @SKY1992bf comment it links when you sign in. You could sign up for a new netflix account and link to Sky (so this is free with ads). Once this is done you can sign out and sign in with your primum account.

This has appeared on my bill too. I also don't want anything more from Netflix. How do I stop being charged for it when I didn't ask for it?

If you're paying for Netfl.ix Premium, just downgrade to Netflix with ads. That is part of your Sky sub, so will cost you nothing extra
