@ChrisH12 The stream pucks are highly reliant on a good strong signal, and not just a high speed. Are you connected to your router via an Ethernet cable? Usually when they are connected this way these problems occur a lot less. It not then make sure your router and puck have a clear line of sight to each other with no objects in the way, and the router is not on a window sill, and no objects close to the router or the puck. That usually provides a more stable signal. I hope that helps.
