Hi

 

I have only just received Sky Stream and was setting it up (on March 6th). The error occurred as soon as I opened the Amazon Prime app. There was no other message just the error message and error code.

 

I cannot back out of the error so every time I open the Amazon Prime app the error is there. I have run app refresh, rebooted the puck and run app refresh immediately after boot up but the error is still there as soon as I open the app.

 

My Sky puck is connected to the internet via an ethernet cable. 

 

The Amazon Prime app works perfectly on my Smart TV - just not on Sky Stream, and all other apps (Netflix, iPlayer, ITVx, 4, 5, Discovery +) work perfectly.

 

I currently use BT broadband (part fibre) - changing to Sky broadband next week.

Same as Marky Mark.  Error message as soon as the app is launched and unable to back out and to have to press home to get back.  ONLY the puck has the issue.  All ok on my other Glass tv and smart tv.  Hope this helps

I am getting this as soon as I trying to open Amazon. It comes up with the error, then repeats the same message in different languages

Hopefully bringing some good news, Amazon have rolled back a change which should resolve this. Could you please try again and let me know?

Had this issue starting 06 March and continued today.

 

Just restarted my Sky Puck (settings at bottom of home page - system management - resets and updates - restart device) and seems to be working now.

 

Might have been fixed or I'm just lucky!

Just reset puck and its now working.  Looks like the rollback fixed it!

This is traight away from launch, you see the little blue smile then you get the error

Yep, all working here now, whatever they have done has resolved the issue, shame it took over 48 hours and repeated contacts with sky and prime to sort and then resolved on here

Same Prime works fine on my TV but all I get is an error message on Skystream.

Give your Sky Stream a restart and it should kick in. Amazon had a problem with the app but they've rolled it back now and it should be working again, but some users had to restart for it to kick in.
