We are fellow subscribers here on the community. You will need to call Sky for them to advise where things are up to with openreach etc and to action the sports enablement etc.
You can find a number for Sky on this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home scroll down to need more help. You will find an 0333 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post numbers.
The other thing you can do is make a complaint. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Alternatively I can escalate you post to Sky's community team, however this isn't instant.
