@definedby77 looks like you have added the wrong tier, only standard with ads is free
if you have an existing Disney account with a higher tier you subscription will transfer and you pay the difference , if you want the free tier you will need to downgrade through marketplace at your next billing cycle

@definedby77 to be clear if you have added standard you will continue to be charged
if you want the free version you need to change it to standard with ads

Disney+
Hi I want to unsibscribe from Disney + on sky. We have it thri another 3rd party for free, and Disney sent us an email saying we may be charged. We don't want to be charged, how do we go about unsubscribing. I tried the tv section and the market place but it won't let me unsubscribe. Also not sure Disney can charge me as they don't ha e any bank details.

Re: Disney+
Do you have Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream so your post can be moved to the running thread on the relevant board?
You originally posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ will not have the Disney+ app.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Just a quick question I have checked the T&C's but would just like confirmation that I am correct in thinking that if I switch my Disney+ account to sky billing that it won't affect my Sky contractual period so I'm not agreeing to another two years.. I couldn't see it but it's not called the small print for nothing

Correct - switching Disney + over to Sky won't affect your minimum term contract in any way.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Hi all,
I've got 'Standard with Ads' activated, but can I upgrade to 'Standard' for a couple of months and then downgrade back to 'Standard with Ads'?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Was told my subscription would be included in my monthly bill, and yet I'm being asked to pay £9 upfront?
Sorry what?

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Hi
It's not working at all. I have received email that it is now part ofy subscription 2 days ago, yet it won't let me activate.
Instead, it keeps asking me to set up payment via card.
This is very misleading, not happy at all.
