Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
When is turned on my TV yesterday, Disney now available was in the home page. I followed the instructions and activated it with no issues. I didn't have a Disney subscription, but had in the past, so it was just a matter if linking email addresses. Everything fine so far.

Re: Disney+ is Now Included in Most TV Packages!
Yesterday I activated my Disney+ subscription, but it was a bit of mess and now it shows like this. I changed the subscription from premium to standard (free), but on the mysky app I can not manage disney+ as when I try to click on it, it does not do anything. I did not get email from sky that my disney+ account linked, but I tried to link it again on skyglass but it showed that it is already linked.
Does anyone have the same issue on mysky app?

Can you detail what you have done so far.
Have you entered your Disney+ account current email address if you have one at the prompt or a different one if it does not match your MySky email address, it shows on screen.
Did you have a current Disney + account that was active with a subscription or had that subscription run out.
Assume you doing this all from the Disney + app in the apps rail on your Sky glass.

I tried to activate on my Ultimate TV plan but it wants me to pay £4/month for Disney+
I tried on the MySky app too and there is only one option: Standard. No Premium or Free With Ads...

This sounds like you currently have a Disney+ monthly .active subscription.
On moving to the new Sky offering it will carry over your current tier.
You will be able to downgrade at a later stage, when your current tier month has ended. You can do that later in your MySky account.

Re: Extra charges to be ad free on Disney+
Now the accounts are linked, the Disney+ account page says to manage the tier downgrade through Sky. It's a loop.

To get you some further help from Sky and take you through the process.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
Note: Escalation conversations automatically close if there is no response within 48 hours.

That is correct.
If you have now successfully changed your billing to Sky from Disney.
You will be able to downgrade your tier in the MySky app or MySky on your Sky Stream puck, under Your products>App subscriptions
You will not be able to do that until your current billing cycle has ended, so in a months time.

Re: Extra charges to be ad free on Disney+
Ok, that sounds fine. But why do I have to pay £4 up front, now, if I've already paid for this month through Disney+?
