Hi, recently my Discoveryplus app doesn't let me watch anything. (It used to!)
it comes up with 'upgrade to watch' when I select anything.
i definitely have the package, and I've tried signing out and in again

I checked it all last week so I could watch champions league final. All was ok. Now I come to watch it , it keeps asking me to sign up to TNT.
Pile of rubbish. I switched to the discovery plus app on my Samsung TV, worked first time. I won't be keeping stream much longer. Better off using TV apps

I spent some time chatting to the help desk and got this response:

I see. In which case if it isn't allowing the free access from when you changed from Q to glass, it is part of a known issue that is currently under investigation with our technology teams.
The route cause of the issue isn't known at the moment but they are investigating to find a fix that will be automatically be implemented once available, but we do not yet have confirmation when this will be ready and unfortunately there isn't a work around at this time.
Im sorry for the inconvenience this causes but please be assured they are working to get it back online for all Customers.

Rubbish effort sky, here have this knowing that you can't deliver! It's on the front screen at least make sure it works, simple basics !!!!
