Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers. If you post in more detail the issues you are having the community will do it's best to assist.
In terms of out of sync, there is a know issue, changing the sound output to PCM should help, and the fix is included in the latest software update that is rolling out now. Sky stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD, if your WiFi isn't delivering that you will have issues. You can run a speed test from within netflix which will tell you what your puck is getting. Connecting via ethernet and turning WiFi off in the puck settings may assist or speaking to Sky to see if they can supply WiFi extenders.
However you will need to speak to customer service as i say we are fellow subscribers. You can dial 150 from your Sky landline.
