Discovery plus on Stream - no Olympic streams ???

Hi Dapo. I'm being very thick. On the MySky App and MySky on the web I can't see that path. 

When I do find something referencing Discovery Plus it has no options to click. Just says it is included.

UPDATE

I've talked to Sky and told them about the work around as I was on about this issue.

Confirmed they have the issue open and are working with Warner to sort out the fundamental Basic/Standard Discovery Plus allocation issue which should stop us needing the work around. No timing given but I'll keep pestering them through the day.

I followed these instructions on the tv which was slightly different. Home, my sky, your products(have to enter sky tv pin at this point), app subscriptions, current then click on discoveey+ Standard monthly. Next to that was an activate button. That has now gone after following the instructions and all working. Of there's no activate button I'm assuming problems not being caused by this basic/standard package issue. Looks like more than one problem going on. Thanks again for the help

Just off the phone to sky - they confirmed it's known issue and they are working on it

@JS0070 Thaks for the direction of MySky on the Puck/Box. I was being thick!

No update/subcribe button next to the Discovery+ and it confirms that it is Standard.

However, going onto the Olympics still has the error, and Discovery+ saying they see my subscription as Basic.  

Discovery+ say I'm Basic; Sky say I'm Standard..

The plot thickens...

Hi @Dapo. Thanks for the screen shot. Here is mine. There is a difference. Mine says 'Standard' and you're doesn't. Suggests mine is correct, but as we know this is only for user interface and what could be underneath in teh code very different. It does however suggest a difference, just not exactly what.

[Could be it's pulling the old 'Standard' subscription, which is the new 'Basic' package that doesn't have Olympics, but I speculate - which is never good!. Come on Warners/Sky! At this rate I'm going to offer to do a Fault Tree Analysis with them!]

Same issue, discovery+ said I have a basic plan, but I have sky ultimate TV on sky stream - which should qualify for Discovery+ standard.  Under the my sky - sky shop- app payments - I can see my subscription as discovery standard, but doesn't allow me to select anything. I've tried to sign out/reactivate, but nothing is working. Did anyone get an update?  Just about to call sky but thought I'd check!

HI. @Charlottebrat. Tried ringing earlier but had to leave before they picjed up. Last update a few hour ago was that they were working with Warners. So go for it and ring. 🙂  I'll have another go in a few hours when I'm back in.

I've got the same issue.  No activate button to click.  Gone on the discovery+ app.  Downloaded the QR code and still no live Olympics.  Contact sky.  Pay loads of money a month and really frustrated can't watch live Olympics.  BBC's coverage is awful.  Just to much talking and not enough action.

Sky you need to get this sorted out asap
