I wasn't getting watch live or watch from start screen but getting that now after activating (reactivating) my subscription. All good now. Thanks.

A SUB-VARIANT OF THE ISSUE - DISCOVERY PLUS OLYMPICS 2024 - NOT RESOLVED.
Update - Mid resolution for info.
Error Message (Sky App): 'Sorry, this content isn't available with your current pass from your affiliate provider'
Error Message (Discovery web): 'Contact your provider to find out how to watch'
Been on with Sky again as I was not seeing resolution following @lettice 's comments. Confirmed with Sky that Lettices solution is officially released in their system. But there seems to be another that has the same error message through Sky on the discovery app (see above).
There are 3 DPlus pakages - Basic, Standard and Premium. Standard and Premium show the Olympics. Standard is included through Sky Entertainment; Premium is included through TNT Sports.
Had confirmation last night from Discovery Plus that my package is Basic.
Confirmation today from Sky that the included package is at least Standard.
Working theory that in the past there were 2 levels of Discovery Plus. When changed to a 3 tier system, some Sky Discovery Plus users were not updated correctly to the Standard package and were kept on the Basic.
When I mentioned the above to Discovery Plus and why they couldn't just update my package to the correct Standard, they said to contact Sky.
Sky have escalated this issue with an RCA form (?) and updated their internal messaging on this family of issues.
Will update when I hear anything else hopefully in an hour or so.

Thanks this is the same problem I have. I have had Discovery Plus since before TNT was added on there was only the two tiers.
I have also been told by Discovery I am only on the basic despite Sky saying it is the standard package. Lets hope this has a quick resolution

You'll find discovery+ there and it might say activate, mine did.

I'm not seeing anything to click on apart from TNT Sports for 30 quid a moth - oh, ank Sky Kids? :-).

Yes that is where I went but it just says:
discovery+ Standard monthly
£0 a month
Whilst you have a Sky TV subscription
No option to Active or do anything. If I click on it, it just does nothing so I am stuck in limbo waiting on Sky and Discovery to resolve their argument.

Thank you so much for this advice! It worked! Discovery + said I had basic so couldn't watch it. Called sky and they said I had to pay £30 for TNT! Turns out it needed reactivating through sky apps from basic to standard! Thanks again

Do you think it's worth editing your post 17 with the flow you show in post 28.
Or if you cannot edit, just copy that post 17 into a new post and make the flow changes and I will reset the revised one as the answer.

Update
It's working for me now. I had to go through
Mysky>>>>Skyshop>>>>App payments>>>>Current
to activate my subscription. But the thing is it's already activated, not sure why I had to do it again. Anyways I used the QR code on the screen and I was redirected to discovery page and when I signed in with my sky ID, a screen came up saying I was already on an offer and asked if I wanted to replace it with the current offer I should continue. So as soon as I finished the signing up, I checked on my phone and sky glass and they are both working now. Sky Stream also working now
