Hello, I have 4 sky streams , one is connected to my router. On all of them continue watching has stopped working,
how do I fix it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Darren10202 Firstly I would reboot the offending pucks by unplugging them for a minute and plugging them in again.
If that hasn't helped have a look at the "Data & Personalisation" and make sure the toggle for "Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations and Profiling" at the bottom of the page is on (i.e. blue).
To find this sign into your My Sky account and select the small head and shoulders icot (top right) and then select My Details. Data & Personalisation will be one of the options.

Try toggling "Enable Product Analytics, Personal Recommendations and Profiling" to Off, and click save. Wait a few minutes then toggle it back on and click save.
It may take a couple of days for the continue watching rail to start populating again but it should.

Thanks very much all, it's now working again. Not sure why those settings changes.
