The tv turns on with the remote, nothing working when pressing remote buttons and after 2 seconds the tv turns itself off

@2023scarlucyleo You've posted this in the Sky stream section so are you referring to a TV that is not a Glass TV?

Have you checked the manufaturers website if this is the case.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
