Not sure if it me but i just seem notice when we change channel it takes about 2-5 seconds to change over when i think on sky q it was pretty instant?

It shouldn't really take that long. A couple of seconds at most is the standard time it should take.
Have you rebooted your puck recently? Is your broadband speed sufficient and stable enough?

But is it slower than Sky q? My speed is brilliant puck is hard wire to my Sky Router I just moved to sky broadband yesterday was with plus net before

Yes, it's fractionally slower than Sky Q.

Yes. If it's taking significantly longer then you need to give the puck a reboot, check your network connection and run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This will tell you the actual broadband speed being received by the puck.

For Stream to 'change channel' it has to request, receive, buffer and output video from a new data source.
Q already has all possible live channel content falling simultaneously on the dish, and so switching can be almost instantaneous.
