Challenge channel freezing after an ad-break

Not fixed for me and is getting worse, happened just now while the credits were playing at the end of Porridge on Gold - it gets stuck and keeps replaying the same 2 seconds over and over. Changing the channel and back again temporarily fixes it until the next advert break but I shouldn't have to do that every 15-20 minutes. It's also happened on sky sports 1 in the middle of watching live football.

I'm on version Q025, not sure when it updated but hadn't had this problem until the last week or two and this happening on my main sky glass tv not a puck.

Found the cause of the  issue for us - the BRSK router, a technicolor DGA0122, WiFi signal is very weak and unreliable

After many email exchanges and lots of discussions with engineers eventually got it more stable by disabling local IPV6 addresses

Also found that BRSK do not support using ethernet connections with Sky Stream Pucks - Puck will connect to the router and get an IP address but cannot connect to the internet as something in the router is blocking it - BRSK support effectively says "if we didnt supply it we dont support it"
