Why do I not have internet as I need it to watch my telly I pay rent for the internet

Any one else just started to experience this this evening?  

My internet acces and mesh are all good, but have no Glass or Puck service.

We was watching TV and then the sky puk just disconnected , on the Internet router shows all green apart from one the last one which says voice ? Reset the router still not connected sky puk says connected to hub but no Internet,  thanks

Is your internet with Sky? They're experiencing a major outage so it's probably not just you.

After start up issues sky glass has been ok, although yesterday started turning main tv off mid program mid gran prix, now now no internet, so no tv, what am I paying for absolutely nothing???

I live on the Isle of Wight and for the past month or so the Sky Glass TV has periods where it buffers or fails to load entirely and the screen is blank. If I manually turn the thing off at the wall and reboot, it works for a time before this cycle repeats.

The worst example (or best example of the worst instance) is with YouTube, which very often won''t load at all and it's the blank screen all the time.

Last week the whole broadband and landline died and I was scuppered, with no internet and with Glass, no TV. I had to read a book! LOl

Tonight, I have internet, no Sky Glass and the online help assistant on this site won't load either!

Same here. Just went off in the middle of the news. All lights on my hub are green, but TV says can't connect to the Internet. I followed all the instructions but nothing happened.

Looks like it could be a very widespread issue.   Starting to see more reports of it on the internet now.  Status page is useless as usual and says it's all good.

Now the service checker won't load via the web and My Sky says it's in "maintenance mode", definitely something major broken.

Sky glass tv is down, no internet connection. I was watching a documentary and all of a sudden it stopped working. Worked on my phone intermittently but no doesn't. What's going on?
