i have Sky Stream. Some apps were playing up so I did a factory reset.
now I'm having a problem when trying to link the puck to my account.
I am logged into Sky and I follow the activate link and get a error message
I have tried going through the MySky app and get the same problem.
Can anyone offer any solutions or advice?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreLog into your sky account on a pc / laptop. Whilst already logged in then try and follow the link
