The broadband is down all over the country. My orange light is on the voice button on the router. Sky glass not working either

No internet connection

My sky stream says no internet connection yet I can still use the internet on other devices ie my iPad Alexa and mobile phone etc.

My sky glass and hub are not working 🙄 and my phone won't work when connected to the wifi either. 
But my Netflixs works on my smart tv so at least I'm not in complete silence...... wish I next got sky glass I hate it.

Try rebooting your internet and then turn the TV off and back on once the internet comes back.

Major outage for sky broadband users in London and Croydon. Sky cannot be contacted by phone. Key website features have been taken down, like Service checker.

Re: No internet connection on Glass TV and Pucks

Appears to be wide spread . Sky app is down for maintenance as well. So could be connected as it was really slow to load bills etc earlier this evening. And Sky.com login is on a go slow too. 

My Glass appears fine (although I don't use sky internet) but watching football earlier on TNT UHD it froze and dropped out quite a lot. Same with some other channels when I checked.

Reboot your internet. Then power off your pucks for 30 seconds and let them reconnect. See if it fixes it.

Is your internet with Sky? 

if so they're having a major outage currently and some online services are offline too.

No Broadband

No Broadband in London NW6 area. Very anoyed that there is no notification via the Customer Services 150 number. I hope we get some sort of compensation for this disruption. router shows all green lights

Hi yes my internet is with sky, that would explain things.
