Solution is to use the Prime Video app on a non-Sky device or on your smart TV until Sky & Amazon fix it on SkyOS.

Thank you for your reply Chenderson08, ive been complaining for over 2months now! I think I'll have to more insistent! I pay a lot of money every month & hours on the phone on my day off following all their instructions but to no avail! I'm paying for a service I can't use, but after seeing your post I'll keep going!

I have the same issue on Prime Video. Plays  advert and comes up with error messages. Re started Puck and Refresh App and get the same error

You're not talking to Sky directly on this forum. It's mostly customers. 
Sky and/or Amazon don't seem to be particularly bothered about fixing this with any urgency so all we can suggest is that you lodge a formal complaint and use the Prime Video app on non-Sky hardware.

There is something fundamentally wrong with Prime and Sky OS as in a lot of instances tiles are often linked to Prime and Prime subscription as a first preference even when they should link to HBO, Discovery, ITVX etc.  Prime not working correctly has been a months and months known issue.

As suggested above just use an alternative source a Firestick, Apple TV etc. and forget about Sky.

Prime is not part of any of the Sky family subscription packs it's a standalone subscription platform actually competing with Sky and Apple with their TV'S and Cube, so I guess the will to resolve is not there as a priority.

Not only does it fail to load, but if I accidentally try it messes up my puck and I have to reset it .

Hi Michele

as the author of this thread, I am aware that several people including myself have been referred to Sky employees.  Unfortunately nothing has ever come of this, we are all still living with this extremely annoying issue, many of us believe that there's a particular generation of puck that is at fault. I have one puck that has never given me any trouble and another that is always needing a reset. Why not just admit this and replace the faulty pucks. I for one am considering not renewing my Sky contract because of the apparent dismissive treatment Sky has shown.

I don't think 'Michele' is actually a human. Their profile is permanently offline, they have an AI generated avatar, and they only post the same 'I've escalated this...' message to any post which hasn't had an answer after a specific time. 
Seems to be quite a few similar 'employees' on the forum recently...
