Not yet. Just several invitations to start chats, all to no avail.

Re: Amazon Prime and Sky Puck
Can the title of this thread be corrected to read Amazon Prime Video?
Amazon get upset when their streaming service app, Prime Video is incorrectly called Amazon Prime.
Amazon Prime is the name of Amazon's subscription service which incorporates various services, not just video streaming. A customer can subscribe to Prime Video without having Amazon Prime for example, so it can get pretty confusing.
Sky customers should refer to the app as Prime Video.

Re: Amazon Prime and Sky Puck
I think you probably know that it can't be edited at this stage unless you are a level 3 user. I am a level 1 user. You are level 9.
Also, I am sorry you are struggling to discern Amazon Prime from Amazon Prime Video in a discussion about streaming services on a community forum for discussing streaming services. If I table another thread I will endeavour to use the correct terminology. (I trust you will also avoid misleading people by encouraging people to edit posts you know can't be edited, just in order to make a 'clever' point.)

Fair point. I had actually hoped a Sky employee could amend... but I'll shut up now and try to have better control of my OCD on streaming service naming accuracy.
Good luck with getting it sorted.

Re: Amazon Prime and Sky Puck
Hi All,
Just read the threads relating to this and would like to be addded to the solution when someone from Sky can actually be bothered to respond.
I've carried out all of the current fixings suggested, even reset to factory settings which was then a pain to set everything up from scrath again - and still no joy. The Amazon Pime videos still don't work - extremely frustrating, however, the Hayu videos which are streamed through the same app work OK??????
Also, just to clarify - Amazon Prime videos still work OK for the moment through Sky Glass and also on my other TV which is connected through a SKY Puck????

Re: Amazon Prime app not working on sky stream!
I've been having the same problem. Even called amazon direct and all they suggested was what I had already done......switch off switch back on again. They even suggested I clear my cache from my tv but I don't think that's possible (if it is I can't find how to do it)

Been trying to watch new Clarkson's Farm fir 3 days now. Programmes will not load. Just keep getting 'something went wrong' message. So frustrating! Rebooted the box, refreshed the app and signed out and back in. Nothing working

Any sign of a fix being applied by Sky? We're not getting use of our Amazon subscription while this persists.

The Prime Video app tends to be available on most TV operating systems so your smart TV will likely have it already installed. You can sign in to it on there or on any streaming device and watch any Prime Video shows you like. Prime Video is not part of the Sky TV subscription - they merely offer the app (when it works) so you can use the service on any device.
