ex sky customer trying to watch purchased digital program
Hi there
I left sky due to covid lockdown and I had purchased some TV series and movies digitaly.
How can I watch it without going back to sky subscription ?

When a customer leaves Sky TV you can ask them to convert your Sky ID to a Skystore only account. I honestly don't know how long you have after leaving Sky to request this - but my suggestion would be to try the live chat (opens at 11am) to see what they can sort out for you.

Sky Store has very limited device support!
Basically LG TVs and Roku streaming devices or Google devices with chromecast.
Unless you're happy to use PCs or phones/tablets!
