Unable to rent a movie

When I try to rent a movie from store it's telling me I've reached my purchase limit and it's the first time I've rented a movie in years

We hear on the forum that sometimes customers have a limit that is set at £0

Nothing that you have done wrong - and usually very easy to fix with a livechat or call to the Skystore team
