Ok. Your pictures haven't uploaded yet but if "purchased" today - I guess you have rented if it's UHD
So you won't be charged until you've watched
If you want to delete the UHD version - delete it from your planner , then go to recordings / manage / deleted in your menu
Then "delete forever"
Then you will be able to re rent in a different format (for example HD)

Not giving me the option, just a message "because of a technical issue it cannot be downloaded, please try again later."
Prior to this it was talking about understanding package.

When did you buy Harry Potter ? Was it a while ago ?
So far as I can see there is no Harry Potter in UHD to buy at the moment
I'm just wondering- did you buy it a while ago when it was available- but now when you go to download it - Sky no longer have it for sale and so you can't download it
Can you clarify when you bought it ?

My concern @GD1 if he does that - is that he will get charged again for buying in HD

Agree, however if it hasn't been watched would they still be charged? Maybe a call to Sky is in order.

Although you don't get charged for unwatched rentals, you do get charged for unwatched "buy and keep "
Perhaps a chat with the Skystore team for @Niall280882 as you suggest @GD1
