Unable to record or purchase movie

I am trying to purchase a movie from sky store. But message tells me I can not record or purchase...I have done so in the past but dont understand what has changed

This is something the Sky Store support team will be able to fix for you. The live chat has just closed at 7.30pm so it opens again at 11am tomorrow if that helps as you can find it and other options on contacting them here:
