Can’t purchase movies on sky store

Every time I try and purchase movies on sky store I keep getting the message my account isn't enabled for purchases?

Hi we have the same problem we just had to log in to sky store online and buy it outright I thought the whole idea of the sky store is to add it on to the bill

I just replied to your post on a different thread - and seeing your post here - my guess is that for whatever reason your Sky store credit limit has been set at £0 or a very low amount 

this isn't usually because you have done anything you shouldn't - it's a limit on a Skystore account to make sure people don't accidentally run up big bills - but with a livechat to the Skystore team you can usually get this resolved
