How do I find out which device is which please on sky store registered devices as they are all named the same,and I don't want to delete the wrong tv.

When you sign in to your Sky store account here

and having clicked on your name - then My account - then devices.
Do you not see your TVs named individually in the list ?

Well in the worst case scenario you can add one device back each month.
I honestly don't know if you remove a device (then find out you should not have) then try to re add the same device - if it counts as your one for the month.
It would probably be worth you contacting the Skystore team directly for clarification.

Thanks Mike I fell asleep but I went on live chat yesterday and i didnt get anywhere said they were putting me onto another dept who didn't get back to me

The only thing I can suggest - some of us on here have an option to escalate a post such as yours. I'll do that now and hopefully Sky will contact you directly through this forum to offer help.

When you added a device you can rename it.
I think the slots are allocated oldest in the first slot on the left😉
