Last night we couldn't download the remainder of our box set we were watching. Error message saying network fail. Broadband working fine. Can't find a telephone number to contact Sky for help. When my contract is up I think Sky might be out. Can anyone help please.

I'm assuming this is a sky store purchase of a box set
If so you could contact the Skystore team here

Can you download anything from your box (eg something from catchup) or is the problem just with this box set ?
Have you tried a simple "Power off at the mains. Wait 1 minute. Power back on" with your Sky box. That often fixes random errors like this
