Missing Sky store voucher. Never received

I am despairing on this subject having phoned Sky numerous times and not had a reply or resolution.

 

Ordered a paper sky £10 voucher on the 25/10/2020 using the piggybank data rolled over in the account.

 

It's never arrived. Sky don't seem to be able to find it on the account and resend it even though I have provided the email details containing the accessory order serial number.

 

Is there a specialist telephone number to call that will actually be able to resolve? I just need the one not received cancelled and a new one sent out. 

 

This seems to be a massive ask of all Sky Customer service advisors.

I just need someone to replace the unreceived voucher. I've done 5 phone calls and one live chat with a sky store advisor that told me he couldn't find it and to call Sky again....so frustrating. If this can be sorted I'd be grateful and a little amazed 😄

Oh dear, still no further on. He could see the voucher had expired but couldn't action a replacement. Got another tel number to call which I'd called earlier along with a live chat....still no further forward. Still 25GB down on my data with nothing to show for it. Absolute shambles. This customer service is so bad.

Is it worth trying for a different solution @GerryS23 

 

It may be the problem here is that they can't find a way in their system to issue a new voucher 

 

Might it be worth trying one more live chat or contact with Skystore team, to say - this is what happened - will they resolve it by crediting one free movie (of your choice).  Maybe there is more chance that's something within the options available to them.
