My bill was wrong

I have been charged twice for watching the same film. I rented the new ww film last month and got charged twice. How do I get a refund for this

Were the charges on the same day - or a few days apart ? The reason I ask is that I have heard of some people starting to watch a rental - but not finishing it within 48 hours and accidentally incurring a second rental charge when they watch the end of it
