Purchases aren't set up in my account so I cannot order/download new moves?

If your problem is that you are trying to buy or rent a movie and are getting a type of "spending limit" message then you would need to contact the Skystore team to agree a limit. 

usually that would be a straightforward live chat (and it may still be) but I'm not sure of the Christmas opening hours - they may be as normal but you would have to try the link to find out tomorrow from 11am
