Sky store movies not transferring to Sky Q box?

Sky store movies will not send to Sky q box?

Buy and keep movies should transfer. Rentals will not. 

they should appear on your Sky Q box under Recordings / Purchases. 

For your Buy and Keep movies on your device - do you see an option like this ?

Hi, no I do not see that sign?  It says that it will download to box but does not happen?

Yes, I do see that and press to send to box but nothing?  Tried several times?

Do you know if your online Sky Store account is linked to your main Sky account ?

• Sign in at skystore.com/myaccount and go to 'My Sky TV'.
• Click on 'Link My Account'.
• Follow the instructions on the screen. You'll need your 12 digit Sky Account number or the account number of the bank you use to pay your Sky bill.
• Click 'confirm'

Once linked, your 'My Sky Account' section will show 'View my Sky Account'.

What is the movie  and what version ?  Bonus edition ? Etc

We have heard of problems where there was not an identical copy of a movie available both online and on the Sky Q platform.

So far as I can see, the same Skystore version is available both online and on Sky Q - so should transfer ok

if you've followed the advice from @caesarome and it still does not appear- then you probably need to try a live chat with the Skystore team when they open (11am tomorrow is the next time )

If you are free at 10.58 am tomorrow @Sky+1+Basingstoke - try logging on to Skystore then and you should (hopefully) get through when they open at 11am

Do let us know what they say if you find a solution.

Did you check to see if your online account was linked as per my earlier post, so do you see a "View my account" option on the link I posted ?

I could not see a link to see if they were connected so contacted the Sky helpline (online) and they are going to re-synq my account.  Painful as was on the internet for over 2 hours and still no resolve.  Will call them on Monday and keep my fingers crossed.

If you click on 

skystore.com/myaccount 

and sign in,  on a device, you should see a screen like this. If you then click on  "view my Sky account" - do you see yours - or can you add yours
