Purchased the film to rent ‘Plane’ but it is in UHD and our tv isn’t compatible

Purchased the film Plane to rent but it's in UHD and tv not compatible can we cancel it and try again

Hi @KazSi 

Provided you don't play the UHD version you will not be charged.

So you can purchase the correct format.

@KazSi 

To be able to rent the HD version you need to delete the UHD one then delete it again from the deleted folder. You will not be charged for this so after doing this you can then rent the HD version.
