I have been told quite categorically from a Sky technical rep that any films I may purchase from the Sky store will be lost if I ever cancel my Sky contract.. I understood from another representative a couple of months ago that I would still be able to watch any purchased films on, my other devices through the Internet but I was told today absolutely not. I would lose anything I purchased. Does anyone know which was the correct information?

Find out moreJust to back up what @nigea99 has said as whoever you spoke to who told you that you purchases will be lost is completely wrong as you get to keep them and to do so you account will need changing to a Sky Store only one so once you are no longer a Sky TV customer you would need to get in touch with Sky Store support about this and when you are ready they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

You can access any purchased films after cancelling SKY TV - they are not lost
The adviser who said you would loose them was wrong
I believe, you may need to contact SKY STore support to change your Account to a SKY Store only one,
Edit : to access the films you would need a SKY Store App or watch via the website

@MS57 you should submit a formal complaint to Sky ... obviously the person you spoke to was not a "Sky technical rep"🤔
