My rented film screen black

  • Just rented a fim from sky store can watch trailer but when I press play I only get a black screen please  advise

I'm only guessing here @raymond+clark but- is it a premiere rental ? and are you watching on a screen that isn't connected with an HDMI cable ?

 

if so - I think this is something we have heard of on the forums where the extra copy protection on Premiere rentals is too much for Scart / magic eyes to cope with. 

 

in which case - ask the Skystore team for a refund.

if it's not the above - a good first step is to delete the download.  Then go to the deleted items and delete again. 

then download it again.
