I left sky a couple years ago and I was told I'd always have access to my purchased films today I logged on to watch a film to find out nearly all of them aren't showing how do I get them back?

If you can remember which titles are missing, search for them on Skystore and if you see an option to Play or Download (without being asked for any payment) then do so.
If you can't recall the missing ones, have a live chat with the Skystore team when they next open (from 11am Saturday)

I can't remember them all we got them when sky was refusing to send dvds coz Covid I stayed with sky for months coz I thought I'd lose my films I was told I wouldn't I haven't had sky a couple years now we were watching films on it a few months ago but now they've just disappeared I paid so much money for them how do I get them back? I started messaging them then they ended the chat for closing time. I just want my films back. I knew I should have took picture before I sent the box back!

The chat reopens at 11am. I have found it helps to logon about a minute or two before then that will hopefully put you near the front of the queue when it opens.
