Can’t find free gift movie

Hi

i was offered a free movie as a VIP user. Can't access movie on q box. Call passed between people who said they have no record of this (even though I have a confirmation email) until eventually I was cut off. Sigh.

Can you clarify what offer you received ?

Was it a general "new to Sky VIP" type offer - or for a specific title ?

One way you can choose a free movie - providing it shows for you as a cost of £0 - is to choose one here and then "send to box"

It was a gift for becoming a diamond vip and yes the movie showed up on the email confirmation as £0

If you have got as far as buying it - are you looking under Recordings / purchases within your Sky box menu ?

Do you see it here when you are signed in ?

If so - you should be able to select "send to box"

The other thing you can try is to search on your Sky box for the exact version of the movie you have ordered. You should see it as purchased and allow you to download it. 

If you see a price next to it then it hasn't been purchased. 

If you can't get to the bottom of it - Skystore livechat shoukd be able to help but it's not open till Monday 11am
