It's as @MightyQuinn says - providing it's a rental made on your Sky Q box. 

if it's a buy and keep bought on any device , or if it's a rental made online  you get charged irrespective of if you view it or not. 

if you need to contact the Skystore team - livechat opens next at 11am tomorrow
