Renting a movie
I want to rent movie but sky Q saying I carnt at moment why is that?

It could well mean that you account hasn't been set up that would allow you to rent or buy films.
I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
