I have purchased Saving Private Ryan on sky store through NowTV. There is images but no sound whatsoever ever. I have tried resetting the app. Resetting the Now TV box but to no avail

Have you tried @Melandpaul8092 going in to audio settings on your Now TV box and your TV and seeing what happens when both are set to stereo or normal (rather than Dolby digital )
