Can’t download purchased movie
Bought a. Movie but says Download Failed. Tried rebooting machine and still download failed. Can’t delete it as it is stuck at 0%. Suggestions?

Re: Can’t download purchased movie
If you go to Recordings - Managed are there are any other downloads not showing as not fully downloaded because if there are try deleteing them. Also delete any that are showing as failed.
