Wont allow me to buy off sky store

My sky q box wont allow me to buy or doenload films off the sky store/sky cinema when sky cinema is apart of my package. It comes up with sky store purchases are not enabled... help

This might happen if your account hasn't been set up for Sky Store purchases. So I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
