I am trying to rent a movie but get spend limit reached error message

Hi @JW0206 

 

It's a fairly common error and seems to occur when your Skystore account needs a purchase limit setting up between you and the Skystore team 


The easiest way to do this is usually through live chat (open tomorrow between 11am and 7.30 pm)

This is a very common issue that should be fixable by the Sky Store team so I would get in touch with them regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
